Sidewalks: Note estimated length (feet).

Driveways: If you need to widen your driveway or widen the opening, please indicate that on the sketch. There are certain zoning rules which need to be checked.

Acknowledgment

Administrative and improvement costs will be billed to the applicant for payment:

  • 1 lump sum payment (required for repairs under $1,000)
  • 1 payment per year for 3 years (interest will accrue on the outstanding balance)

Note: Some portions of the work you will be assessed for may need to be rebuilt at a later date by the Borough as part of a road project. There is no compensation to the owner by the Borough as a result of this replacement.

The Borough's representative will examine the property and work designated in the application and will inspect the final construction.

This document is only an application. If selected, a written agreement stating the quantities and unit cost of materials and total estimated cost will be sent to you. You must return the signed agreement or cancel your application in writing within 10 days.
